She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Comparative Literature at Rutgers University. She holds an MA in Media Studies from The New School, and a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing from CUNY Hunter College.

Her main research interests include affect theory, the philosophy of technology, environmental studies, mysticism, and theories of desire.
